DATA PROCESSING

All lists are processed using our CASS-certified software, including address standardization, at no charge. De-duping of lists and other processing is available at very reasonable rates.

ADDRESSING

High-speed inkjet equipment makes for quick, high-volume turnaround at the best prices you'll find anywhere. Our Buskro inkjet is digital, capable of printing any TrueType font, and runs great on coated stock. A wide print area, 2" x 10", allows for special personalized tag lines to be printed nearly anywhere on the mailpiece. This printer can even print postal permits in line while we run the job. Your costs drop as volume increases.

INSERTING

We have Bell & Howell inserters that are the industry standard for speed and quality. A neat job is a good job. . .and we still have real, live people who hand-insert those impossible "artsy" jobs and unusual envelopes.

BINDERY

We have all the necessary backup bindery equipment to complete most mailing jobs. There are several folders, a good cutter, tabbing equipment, tiers, banders, stitchers, etc. to make sure your job runs smoothly, quickly, and neatly. Your job will look absolutely first-rate when we are done with it.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

Actually, you need very little knowledge of the mailing business. What's most important, Number One, the absolute very first thing, is for you to show us your artwork or dummy before you go to print. If there's a problem with the piece conforming to postal regulations we can resolve it before it is put on a press. We can take it to the post office and them to pre-approve the artwork before you run it. This makes for many fewer headaches, especially for those of you who are new to this area of advertising.

Things to Remember:

1. We will give you advice on postal regulations at no charge.

2. You are dealing with the United States Postal Service and, as with most government institutions, common sense is not in the manual.

Last, the issue of data is pretty simple. We take most electronic media including, but not limited to, 5.25" and 3.5" floppies, zipped files, Iomega Zip disks, and of course files sent by modem and attached to email.

Formats vary and we can use most formats, but we prefer dBase or comma-delimited ASCII text.

If your customer is unsure how to save or export a file for mailing purposes, you can have them call us direct and we will talk them through it. Very seldom do we get stumped!
